| The Board of Directors approved electronic trading of side-by-side trading of Feeder Cattle Futures (GF) on Globex2�. Side-by-side trading of options on Feeder Cattle futures may be considered at a later date. The effective date for side-by-side trading is March 04, 2002. The electronic contract specifications are the same as the trading floor contract except in the following areas: - Opening time at 9 a.m. [open outcry opens at 9:10 a.m.]

- Ticker Symbol is GF [open outcry symbol is FC]
